Your satisfaction and your success with MDESIGN are the top priority for us. That’s why we offer you support services that help you in the smooth implementation and efficient use of the tool. Specifically, the experts of our support team offer you assistance in the following subjects:
- Installation: Questions concerning the system requirements, new installation and updates
- Calculation: Questions concerning the use of the different MDESIGN calculation modules
- Licensing: Requests concerning the software authorization / hardware changes
Our technical support is available for customers with a valid service agreement. In order to contact us, please choose one of the following options: via email, phone call, online form or your access to the MDESIGN customer forum. We answer your support request as quickly as possible.
Customers without a valid service agreement can use our online form or can send us an email. In exceptional cases we provide support, too.
