Terms of delivery and payment
All prices are subject to VAT. MDESIGN customers with a valid service contract receive a discount of 10%. The participation fee is due without deduction on the day of the event at the latest. The participation fee includes refreshments and lunch. Each participant receives a set of seminar documents and a certificate of participation.
In case of cancellation until 10 days prior to the event an administrative fee of € 100,- plus VAT will be charged. Thereafter or in case of non-attendance, the entire fee is due. You can designate a replacement participant at any time. In case the event must be canceled by the organizer, you will receive a notification. Then we are obliged to refund the full participation fees.
