MDESIGN develops software solutions for mechanical engineering and supports engineers in the calculation and design of technical components. We have been successful in the market for over 40 years and, with more than 35,000 customers and over 500 universities, have established ourselves as the market leader in the field of calculation software.
In Marketing, we’re a small, dedicated team of four people: two full-time employees with backgrounds in media design and marketing, and two dual-track students. We work closely together, support one another, and collaborate to bring ideas to life, right in the heart of beautiful Bochum.

Your Responsibilities
You’ll work with us to further develop our marketing activities. This primarily includes maintaining and optimizing our website and online store, providing support for email marketing, and contributing to various digital campaigns. Other responsibilities include evaluating marketing initiatives, utilizing AI tools, and managing our social media channels.
In addition, you can contribute to the planning and implementation of new marketing ideas—from online campaigns to articles in trade publications.
Your Profile
You’re interested in B2B marketing and enjoy working independently and in a structured manner. Some experience with content management systems like WordPress or e-commerce platforms like Shopify is helpful but not required. What matters most is your motivation to learn new topics and work with us to drive things forward.
