Improved 3D assistant
for intuitive modeling

Graphical wizards in MDESIGN offer a quick and easy way to create designs without having to perform calculations. In MDESIGN mechanical and MDESIGN bolt, the "Bolt" modules have been expanded to include this input option.

New AI-supported assistant
for MDESIGN bolt

The new AI assistant in MDESIGN bolt helps you to select the optimum degree of utilization in accordance with VDI 2230. It helps you to determine when your own specification is suitable - and when deviating values are appropriate. This makes specifying the tightening torque even more reliable and efficient.

Transparent assembly processes at the click of a mouse in accordance with VDI 2230 Sheet 3

An automatically generated assembly sheet with calculation values in accordance with VDI 2230 Sheet 3 (draft) summarizes all the important parameters for a safe, traceable assembly process. This provides you with clear and standard-compliant documentation of your bolted joints at the touch of a button.

New screw types for more practical applications

Numerous requirements have now led to an even wider range of applications for screw calculation.

The screw module now features extended databases with new locking elements such as Spring washers, locking edge disc, wedge locking washers and NSK washers are now available.
